How refunds work at EOFYmate, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
Full access is a digital product that unlocks instantly. Because you receive it straight away, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. The quick estimate, the preview cards, and this page are all free, so you can see exactly what you're getting before you pay.
If something isn't right
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. If the tool has a major problem, doesn't match how we've described it, or doesn't do what we said it would, email us at hello@eofymate.com.au and we'll make it right — a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. If you were charged in error or twice, let us know and we'll refund the duplicate straight away.
How approved refunds are processed
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Please allow a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Once refunded, your full-access unlock is deactivated.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be contracted out of. For more on your rights, see accc.gov.au.
